I had a very enlightening experience at iHear Umina. Kayla was very thorough, explained everything so I could easily understand it all and listened to my concerns with compassion and care. It was wonderful to finally have my concerns taken seriously. I look forward to continuing to the next stage.

My appointment on 8/01/24 was my yearly checkup and all went well. All the staff I met that day were helpful and courteous.

Was there this morning and found the receptionist very pleasant and welcoming. The hearing test was carried out professionally and the system was explained in easy to understand English by Charlotte. All in all, a very efficient and professional experience.

Met with Paula at Durack on Friday. Answered all my questions and gave me facts about the hearing aid that I didn't know. Feel much more comfortable with them now. I felt the visit was well worth while. More than happy to give her 5 stars.

I found the whole experience professional, friendly, no overselling or pressure. The person who did my test was friendly, competent, empathetic and knowledgeable. The only slightly negative comment was the directions (could have been made simpler) and the number follow-up calls I got initially. Very positive experience.

Hearing assessment performed by Fini was clearly explained and was given outcome at this appointment Was able to try on hearing aids which was beneficial. Fini was very clear to understand and gave us reading material to take home to assess

Tina was very professional and I was happy with the result. I did check the cost of the procedure when I spoke with ihear on the phone but was charged a greater amount than quoted so was a bit disappointed by that.

I went to pick up some tubes for my hearing aids. In catching to Fini, he diagnosed I had a wax build up and addressed my problem. He was very helpful and efficient.
