Staff were courteous and respectful. They did their job with skill and no fuss

If someone is being tested for hearing, it seems logical that external noises, such as the receptionist talking to clients on the phone wouldn’t be heard during the tests. Otherwise, very professional.

I had a very enlightening experience at iHear Umina. Kayla was very thorough, explained everything so I could easily understand it all and listened to my concerns with compassion and care. It was wonderful to finally have my concerns taken seriously. I look forward to continuing to the next stage.

My appointment on 8/01/24 was my yearly checkup and all went well. All the staff I met that day were helpful and courteous.

The service was professional, thorough, took his time to explain the tests and the implications of the results. He took his time to answer all our questions and explained quite technical information in an understandable way. Highly recommended.

No waiting time. My husband & I had a bit of a giggle with the audiologist (as you do teasing each other about selective deafness). Quick & easy way to confirm hearing levels.

I found the whole experience professional, friendly, no overselling or pressure. The person who did my test was friendly, competent, empathetic and knowledgeable. The only slightly negative comment was the directions (could have been made simpler) and the number follow-up calls I got initially. Very positive experience.

Paula is the ultimate professional, so helpful in every interaction I have had with ihear. Empathetic and helpful in advising hearing solutions and should be a role model for all audiologists.

Tina was very professional and I was happy with the result. I did check the cost of the procedure when I spoke with ihear on the phone but was charged a greater amount than quoted so was a bit disappointed by that.

Whilst not exactly an enjoyable, experience it was close. I knew I had hearing loss but didn't know how much I'd been accepting the loss. It had been so gradual that others noticed more than me, pardon? The hearing test was simple and straightforward. The explanation was clear and concise...

I went to pick up some tubes for my hearing aids. In catching to Fini, he diagnosed I had a wax build up and addressed my problem. He was very helpful and efficient.
