Great service. Friendly, professional staff.

Was there this morning and found the receptionist very pleasant and welcoming. The hearing test was carried out professionally and the system was explained in easy to understand English by Charlotte. All in all, a very efficient and professional experience.

I found the whole experience professional, friendly, no overselling or pressure. The person who did my test was friendly, competent, empathetic and knowledgeable. The only slightly negative comment was the directions (could have been made simpler) and the number follow-up calls I got initially. Very positive experience.

I found iHear (youHear) very easy to deal with. They worked closely with me to resolve my hearing issues and offered a range of solutions. I felt very comfortable in their hands and I would recommend them to anyone needing help with their hearing.

I felt a little apprehensive as I got lost en route and was late. However I was graciously received. Having a different adviser could have been disappointing but Fini seemed able to take off from where the previous person had left. I found him very helpful and competent. Lyn
