If you aren’t completely satisfied with your Starkey hearing aids from ihear, you can return the products to us within 60 days from your delivery date and receive a full product refund.
To be eligible for a return and refund:
- 60 day money-back guarantee is only available on Starkey product(s) purchased from any ihear clinic from 15th March.
- Be a full-paying customer. If you did not purchase your product, you are not eligible for a return.
- You must have attended at least 4 appointments within this period.
- Consultation with a senior clinician is required prior to returning hearing device (s)
- We will require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
- Return your hearing aids in an undamaged condition and in the original packaging.
