Ashley Yong,

My previous career in banking and finance was all centred around the customer experience, what made a good banking experience and influenced an individuals decisions about provider choice. When people ask me if Audiology is huge career change I say no;  while the technical tools differ, the individual experience still remains at the epicentre of focus. It’s the little things that make a huge difference.  Stretching way back to the early days of my career I was fortunate enough to start my working career in Kalgoorlie and from then on I always knew I would come back to live. Now I am here to set up a service that I believe will enhance the lives of generations of locals, helping them to hear, allowing them to engage so they can be heard and helping to maintain the connection that hearing brings with friends and loved ones.

When I am not working I love cheer on my beloved AFL team Greater Western Sydney Giants, and spend quality time with my immediate and extended family here in the goldfields.
