You may be recommended to have a full hearing assessment with a hearing specialist after your initial hearing check. This assessment lets us accurately measure your hearing and find the best strategy to help.

If you are eligible for the Australian Government Hearing Services Program, this assessment is also free of charge.

The Hearing Services Program gives you access to hearing services and devices to assist with hearing loss.

seeing your doctor

Before your assessment appointment with us, you’ll need to visit your doctor to have a Medical Certificate form signed.

Once your doctor has signed the Medical Certificate form, you’ll need to contact us to book your appointment. You will need to provide us with your signed Medical Certificate form.

Once you have a doctors referral, simply bring that along to your appointment and we can immediately apply online for your hearing services voucher.
